We build careers,
not just fill jobs.

At Battery Outfitters, we build careers, not just fill jobs. We believe the best leaders are grown, not hired — and our track record proves it. Nine of our 13 location managers were promoted from within. Our Southern District Manager, Director of Location Operations, and Director of Route Operations all came up through our stores and branches. Our Director of Sales started in the warehouse more than 30 years ago. Eight of our route supervisors were promoted from internal roles. Even our owners started in positions inside the company before taking the reins. When you start with us, there’s a real path forward — Getting better every day.
